🧠 SynapSeq Hub Integration

You can now browse, download, and run official and community-contributed sequences directly from the CLI using the new Hub commands:

-hub-search <query>	Search for sequences by keyword

All sequences are now hosted in the SynapSeq Hub repository, featuring both official and community contributions.

⚙️ The Hub also includes anonymous usage tracking for downloads and generation, helping improve visibility into community activity and popular sequences.

• Fixed @presetlist and @background path resolution.
  These references are now resolved relative to the .spsq file instead of the current working directory.
• Fixed metadata embedding for sequences loaded from stdin or HTTP, ensuring proper provenance.
• Disabled metadata embedding for sequences using presetlist inheritance, preserving deterministic output.
• Simplified CLI help output to focus on the most relevant options.
• Removed outdated man page references (online documentation now covers everything).
• Distribution archives are now lighter; each release contains only the binary and its checksum.

• Removed the deprecated contrib/ directory. Community works now belong in the SynapSeq Hub.
