SynapSeq v4.3.0
View on GitHubSynapSeq 4.3.0 Released
General Improvements
- Fixed an issue involving square waves and ambiance tracks.
- Simplified Preview Mode with a stronger focus on interactive visualizations and graphs.
Core API Improvements
- Added the new
LoadContent()method, allowing.spsqcontent to be loaded directly from a string without requiring an input file.
New Builder API
A brand-new public API, spsq, is now available.
With this API, you can build .spsq sequences programmatically in Go without writing raw SPSQ syntax manually. This is particularly useful for GUI applications, web services, automation tools, sequence generators, and other integrations.

Examples Repository (Coming Soon)
A dedicated examples repository for the spsq Builder API is currently being prepared.
Once available, a link to the examples repository will be added to the project's README.
WebAssembly (WASM) Deprecation Notice
The SynapSeq WebAssembly (WASM) target has been officially deprecated and will no longer receive new features or maintenance updates.
For applications that previously relied on the WASM target, we now recommend adopting the new spsq Builder API. It provides a more flexible and maintainable approach for generating sequences programmatically while staying fully aligned with the main SynapSeq codebase.
Additional information about the WASM target and its limitations can be found here:
